Simply Moe Slayed Policies ✨ Deposit & Payment • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Full payment is due before service begins. • Layaway options are available for bundles and wigs ask for details. ✨ Pricing Policy • All prices are fixed and reflect time, expertise, and professional products used. • Pricing is not negotiable, including for repeat or long-term clients. • Loyalty is appreciated through quality service and priority booking not discounted rates. ⸻ ✨ Booking & Style Changes • High-demand and same-day appointments will incur a 20% upcharge this fee is not waived. • Once you book and select a style, changes must be made in advance. Style changes are not permitted the day of your appointment, as timing and prep vary per service. • New clients may not book wash & blow dry as a standalone service (returning clients only). ⸻ ✨ Lace, Wigs & Installs • I only use Hair provided by me. Bundles, lace, and wigs must be purchased off 5-7 days prior to your appointment for customization. • I do not work over or remove another stylist’s work. • I am not responsible for lace lifting after 24 hours or due to heat, humidity, or weather. • Silk presses may revert to natural texture due to moisture, humidity, or rainy conditions. I am not responsible once the service is complete. ⸻ ✨ Timing & Late Arrivals • Punctuality is essential. Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth day for all clients. • Arrivals 10–14 minutes late will incur a $25 late fee. • Arrivals 15+ minutes late may result in cancellation, even if you’re in the parking lot. • Appointment times may be adjusted on low-volume days to maintain salon flow. ⸻ ✨ Photos, Videos & Corrections • Photos and videos may be captured for marketing purposes. Please notify me before your service if you prefer not to be featured. • If a policy exception is made, any issues must be reported within 24 hours. • Corrections are available within 24–48 hours only. No refunds.
